Information you may provide
When contacting CRECG by email, phone, WhatsApp or the website enquiry form, you may provide your name, company, phone number, email address and technical/business requirement information.
How the information is used
The information is used to understand your enquiry, communicate with you, prepare technical/commercial responses and coordinate the requested service or supply activity.
Technical files and drawings
Drawings, photographs, CAD files, datasheets and other technical information should be shared only when you are authorised to provide them. CRECG will use such information for the enquiry/project purpose and related business communication.
Static website form
The current website form prepares a message for WhatsApp or email. It does not itself store submitted form data on a CRECG website server. External services such as email and WhatsApp operate under their own privacy terms.
