LASER WELDING SERVICES
Laser welding support for stainless steel and other metal parts, sheet-metal assemblies and repairs, with joint, material and finish review before work starts.

What this route can cover
Joint Review
Check joint type, fit-up, gaps and access before welding starts.
Sheet-Metal Assemblies
Brackets, enclosures, frames and thin-section fabricated parts.
Repair & Rework
Joining or repairing existing parts where base material and condition allow.
Prototype & Small Batches
First-off weldments for approval before repeat quantity.
Material Review
Confirm grade, thickness and compatibility, including dissimilar joints.
Finish & Inspection
Seam appearance check and cleaning or finishing coordination where scoped.
Start with the joint, the material and how the finished seam must look.
Laser welding gives a narrow, clean seam with low heat input, so it suits thin material and visible joints. It also needs tighter fit-up than conventional welding, which is why the joint is reviewed first.

Make the requirement measurable before execution
Receive
Collect drawing, sample, machine data, document or clear problem statement.
Clarify
Identify missing technical information, assumptions and risk.
Execute
Proceed only through the route agreed technically and commercially.
Verify
Check the output or follow-up evidence appropriate to the service.
What to send
- Drawing, STEP file, sketch or clear photographs
- Material grade and thickness
- Joint type and weld length or location
- Quantity
- Finish requirement (seam appearance, cleaning, polishing)
- Any leak-tightness or strength requirement
Important scope note
Final feasibility, joint design, material compatibility, inspection level, price and lead time are confirmed after review. Pressure-containing, code-governed or safety-critical welds are not assumed and need to be discussed first.
