UPLOAD. ANALYSE. CONFIGURE. MANUFACTURE.
STL, OBJ and 3MF can be analysed locally in your browser for dimensions, mesh volume and other geometry metrics. STEP/STP and other solid CAD formats are accepted for engineering review so the original design data can be checked before manufacture.

Upload
Mesh or solid CAD file.
Analyse
Geometry metrics for supported mesh formats.
Configure
Process, material, finish, inserts and inspection.
Review
CG confirms manufacturability and final quotation.
Upload CAD / mesh
Mesh preview is local until you submit. Solid CAD files are kept in their original format for engineering review.
Preview & geometry
Use the correct mesh unit for STL/OBJ. STL does not reliably carry units, so an incorrect unit can make a quote meaningless.
Configure manufacturing
The estimator uses geometry plus manufacturing assumptions. It is deliberately not presented as a replacement for slicing or engineering review.
Weight is only one part of 3D-print manufacturing cost.
Real cost changes with machine time, layer height, orientation, supports, post-processing, inspection, inserts, quantity and failure risk.
Material volume
Model volume and density are useful, but FDM infill and support strategy change actual material usage.
Machine time
Layer height, part height, quantity and support complexity can matter more than raw material cost.
Finishing & inspection
Brass inserts, sanding, painting, FAI and assembly add real engineering and handling time.
