Practical execution route

The first printed set was treated as FAI. Observations from the physical part were fed back into the design so the production files better matched the real printing process before the remaining batch was started.

Engineering takeaway

For repeat additive manufacturing, the cheapest time to correct a process-sensitive design is after one controlled first article — not after 25 identical parts.
